Awards
- Special Medals will be awarded for First, Second and Third place in each division
- 1st place Gold
- 2nd place Silver
- 3rd & 4th place Bronze
- Trophies are awarded for the best supporting schools.
Rules
- Modified USA rules will govern the competiion.
- There is absolutely no head contact for competitors 11 YEARS AND UNDER, ALL BELTS.
- In the 12-13 YEAR-OLD BLACK BELT and 12-17 YEAR-OLD ALL COLOR BELT DIVISIONS, light foot
contact to the head will result in the award of one point to the attacker, and head
contact producing a minor injury (brusing, abrasion, or bleeding) will result in a one-point
deduction for the atacker.
- Excessive head contact resulting in the inability to continue will
disqualify the attacker at the discretion of the referee. Full head contact is allowed for
18 AND OVER ALL BELTS/14 & UP BLACK BELTS with two points being awarded for legal
head contact.
- Single elimination for free sparring
